What a bit of insomnia gets you when you log onto the internet.  Dion McGregor was a dude back in the 60's who spoke in his sleep, and when he spoke he spoke clearly and detailed this wacky little tales.  Some of the recordings of his episodes was put on Myspace.

But yeah, I hate insomnia.  I feel like shit.  Why can't I sleep like normal anymore?

My own personal guide to fighting insomnia!!!

1. Get up by 8:00 AM
2. Exersize after evening meal.
3. Take a hot bath.
4. call a best friend and talk out any worries you may have.
5. write a journal entry, TURN OFF TV AND COMPUTER!!!
6. Read (not in bed)
7. Prayer/Meditation
8. Sleep in a dark, cool, room with soft relaxing music.
9. If you still cant sleep, don't toss and turn in bed, get up and try again later

apparently myspace doesnt work on seaside high computers with the fire wall but xanga does nice.....stupid seaside high yes i'm in school right now.

Thanks for the CD'S, man (duh)! I'm about half way through "Nia" right now. It's fantastic!
When I can't sleep I'll read or listen to music. I know most would say listen to mellow music, but when I can't sleep my mood is generally far from "mellow". Sometimes throwing on an upbeat album helps expel any unwanted energy or frustration. If there's something that's going on that's bothering you, write about it. Putting pen to page about what's bothering you exorcises those demons right quick. Doing crunches can help. Same with drinking warm-hot milk.

Weird enough I have the same problem. its like i go to bed like i usually do and then i cant get up regaurdless of how early or late I go to bed. It may be our shinanigans catching up with us. lol
